MARKETING CASE STUDY: 1405 Panorama Drive

We worked for a couple weeks with our client to help her prepare the house to go on the market. Then, we posted beautiful photos of the listing on several social media sites prior to listing it on the Multiple Listing Service. Our goal is to get as many prospective buyers interested as possible before our listings hit the market. Then on the first day of showings we have the best opportunity for competition among buyers. This house received great buzz online prior to listing! We listed it at $398,000 and on the first day of showings, we had agents showing it every hour on the hour from 9:00 to 6:00. The house had multiple offers and sold for $436,000. Buy the way, the Zillow estimate at the time was about $400,000. Needless to say, our seller is very happy!
