One of the many perks of living in Kirkman Preserve is access to this beautiful private lake situated in the heart of the neighborhood. There's also a neighborhood clubhouse and pool, sidewalks, and there are planned get togethers with the neighbors several times a year.  The homes are beautifully designed inside and out. It's no surprise that Kirkman Preserve, zoned for Spain Park, is one of Hoover's most popular neighborhoods!

Thanks to our wonderful clients Jan and Charlie Atwater for entrusting us with the marketing of their beautiful home in Kirkman Preserve! They loved their home and the neighborhood, but felt it was time to downsize. Hayden and Michaela hated to lose them as neighbors. But, now Jan and Charlie live just up the street from Suzanne and me, in Caldwell Crossings! It was really the perfect move for them- they were able to downsize without moving too far from all of their friends in Kirkman Preserve. And, they already know more people in Caldwell Crossings than I do!
