We recently listed 2064 Cahaba Crest Drive in Altadena Woods. It's a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home with finished den down and a spacious, level backyard. The weekend it hit the market, we had 27 showings. By Monday, we had multiple offers and the listing was under contract for well over asking.
