Meet Demi, Hayden's daughter and my granddaughter.

I'm biased, but I think she's pretty amazing. Hopefully, one day she'll want to join Hayden and me in the Wald Group. That possibility (even if it's a longshot) is one more reason we take great care of our clients. We'd like to ensure that someday Demi will have the opportunity to help their kids find the perfect house. My dad (Hayden's grandad and Demi's great grandfather) taught me a long time ago, that if you put your clients first in every decision you make, your career will take care of itself. I'm confident that lesson has been one of the keys to our success. We frequently get to help multiple generations of the same family, friends of friends, and neighbors of neighbors throughout the years.…
