Homes for sale in Ross Bridge are clearly in high demand- especially for the reasonably priced listings in the Sawyer Trail neighborhood. This charming modern farmhouse style home with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths hit the market this past Saturday with 15 showings! By Saturday night our sellers had received several very attractive offers. After consulting with Hayden about the offers, the sellers made their choice. Their house was under contract in less than a day! Several factors contributed to the successful marketing of Chris and Christin's beautiful home. First, Sawyer Trail is a fun, walkable neighborhood featuring a clubhouse and pool. Second, their one-level home has wonderful curb appeal and the open floor plan is ideal for relaxing and for entertaining. Even in a strong market, it's critical to prepare the home for listing in order to sell at the highest possible price. Our stager/designer did a staging walkthrough with Chris and Christin several weeks before listing and they were great about implementing her recommendations. We researched the comps and recommended a list price designed to attract as many qualified prospects as possible. Then, Hayden and I started the "coming soon" marketing campaign several days before the listing was scheduled for the first showings. Our goal was to be sure that all the listing's best prospects knew the house would be hitting the market soon. Chris and Christin hate that they're moving away from Birmingham and their beautiful home in Ross Bridge. But, they're very pleased with the marketing effort and they happy for the new owners!
